WHERE:
The Norwegian Aquaculture Centre is located at Toft, just outside Brønnøysund on the way to Torghatten.

WHAT:
Experience the history and modern technology of Norwegian aquaculture up close. The centre has an indoor exhibition where you can learn more about modern fish farming. During the tour, you’ll get an exciting insight into life and the environment below the surface of the sea.

We’ll also take you around the facility where you’ll see our mini aquarium, underwater camera, and the feeding and smoking of fish. You’ll learn about the salmon’s life from egg to ready-to-eat fish.

Our experiences are both informative and engaging and are designed to provide an understanding of our industry. The aim is to contribute to more knowledge, greater understanding and interest in an exciting industry.

We also have accommodation, several activities and a restaurant with our own produced salmon.
