WHERE:
The Arctic Salmon Centre is located in Skutvik on Hamarøya, in the middle of Hamsun’s beautiful kingdom. The building is located on a hill just 80 metres from one of Cermaq’s fish processing plants, and offers a unique view of the food production and “live” access to what happens at the plant.

WHAT:
Cermaq’s strategy is to strengthen coastal aquaculture in order to utilise our natural
natural advantages to produce sustainable food in the sea. At the Arctic Salmon Centre, visitors get an insight into future green solutions for the blue ocean economy.

In collaboration with the Hamsun Centre and Arran, we are working to develop innovative experiences for young people. Education, accommodation and cool trips on land and water.
